Our goal every month is to surgically alter 150 stray and indigent dogs. If we do not achieve this number monthly our "over population" problem will continue. | With more than 7000 street dogs in our small village in San Felipe, Northern Baja--many dogs are starving---others are sick and infirm---while many more continue to have litter after litter of unwanted puppies. Thus far we have permanently altered neatly 3000 dogs, with a goal of 6000-7000 by 2009. | ||||
| How We Fundraise: | ||||
| The dedicated group ARF (Animal Rescue Friends) organize several fundraisers during the year in San Felipe. We also just had our first annual Texas Hold'em pokers tournament in Show Low, Az. and are already planning next years. We've also had two golf tournaments and are planning another for early spring in the Phoenix area. Of course we always except private donations. | ||||
